Arrival at Kartchner Caverns State Park
Back-in Spot at Kartchner Cavers State Park
Highlight so far was backing into my spot vs. pulling through. I was able to snag pull-through spots at all previous campsites so backing in was a new experience.
Tomorrow I’ll be touring the cavern. No cameras allowed on my tour, even without flash. They charge $125 vs. $27 for a ‘photographic’ tour. Passing on the photo tour.
More about the cavern tomorrow. In the meantime, today’s excitement was being rained on for the first time. Only sprinkles so far, but you learn to appreciate the little things out here 🙂
