Notes from Nowhere

A Milestone

Inching warmer @ 9am yesterday

All the way up to 24 by 9am yesterday

With the Sonic X finally cooking on all burners, I have, for the first time, comfortably hit the full 14-day limit for boondocking on public lands. It’s been a very relaxing and empowering 2 weeks.

Sandwiched inbetween two mountain ranges with no less than a mile or two separating me from my nearest neighbor, this is as perfect a spot as one could wish for in Arizona in winter @ 3300 feet. (I’ve been waking up to temps in the low 20s so there’s that. But nowhere’s perfect.)

Off this morning to an RV park near Las Cruces, NM for a couple of days, then back to boondocking until my February 4 rendezvous with Cliff and Linda in Marfa. Where it’s been even colder.

Yesterday’s sunrise…

Terrific! Glad you are enjoying exploring the diversity of the southwest corner of somewhere. Take care. How is your video project going……and the truck/trailer performance?

Hey Gene – The TV series has been on a back burner but expect it to warm up soon. Truck is running just great and the trailer is solid state – at least for the time being ๐Ÿ˜‰
