Coyote Family on Lake Meade

No matter the locale, wildlife has been sparse to non-existent in my travels over the past several months. Once or twice, even birds were entirely missing from the landscape.
I arrived back at Crawdad Cove on Lake Meade yesterday afternoon. I was last here in April 2021. Happy to say that a family of coyotes are neighbors here. Thought I’d share a few telephoto pics from a hundred+ yards away.
These were taken at dusk yesterday. They’re almost identical except that the adult on the left somehow managed to turn itself into a lion before my camera’s very lens…
